The HSCC Oulton Park Gold Cup meeting is 4 weeks away on 24-26th August.
CLASSIC CLUBMANS has Qualifying and 1 x 20 minute race on Saturday 24th and 1 x 20 minute race on Sunday 25th.
This season this superb meeting which always attracts large grids and spectator interest features the 50th Anniversary of F5000.
CLASSIC CLUBMANS have chosen this meeting to award the PRE ’72 C CLASS TROPHY. The PRE ’72 vase trophy will go to the aggregate winner of this class, over the 2 races. Cars eligible for this class are any pre 1972 Clubmans car up to 1600cc. This also includes pre 1972 LOTUS 7’s up to 1600cc. Tyres are free. No aerodynamic devices are allowed. CLASSIC CLUBMANS will continue to run an Invitation Class at this meeting which gives an excellent opportunity to experience the HSCC GOLD CUP. This class is open to any Classic Clubmans car not running to current regs, front engined Formula 1300 cars and Sports 1600 Rover powered cars.
